I don't know if this is weird or not, but it sure is cute...my dog likes to get up under my foot when I'm sitting down (with my legs crossed so that one foot is up in the air), and rub her back against my shoe. I figure that her back itches, so I either rub my shoe over her back, or scratch her back with my fingers. I swear, if a dog could purr, she would!!

My cat is a little odd. He is obsessive/compulsive about his fetch balls... brings them to his "nest" (old fleece blanket on a high shelf, in a box). He also has an old Raggedy Ann doll that was mine as a kid... he drags in around like he is a lion and its dead prey. He will also dig my dirty clothes out of the laundry and take them to his nest... only my clothes, not my husbands.

He also likes to sit on my shoulder. When I walk around the house cleaning or something, he has to be on my shoulder. Luckily, he is a tiny cat.. runt who lived on the streets until he was 4 months old.

he he...that's cute. Our dog goes around the house and sneeks the kids stuffed animals out the dog door. He takes them into the shed that we have set us as a dog house for him and buries them in the hay...he has quite the collection. He also sleeps in the bathtub. Oh and he howls when I hug him around his neck, but only me not my husband.

And I had a cat that started drooling when you would pet him. wierdo ;)[IMG]

my cat growls at strangers too. if someone knocks at the door, he growls. I thought he was picking up some habits from my dog~

my dog daisy does some strange things. She likes to sit out on the porch sometimes and chill and when she barks at the door that means she wants to come in....well recently she's been barking at the door and when i open the door for her to come back in she runs into her dog house and lays down. then i'll close the door and go back to what i was doing and she will bark again....again ill open the door and she will run into her dog house and lay down....hehe. I think she thinks it's a game or something.

my cat is kind of a picky eater i guess...ive tried to buy him every different cat treat out there and he doesnt like any of them.....but he LOVES dog bones...he will just sit there and lick it to death.

    Oh Casey is so nuts...
    * He likes to hop over and sniff at people's feet, it's almost a sock fetish. Then he stops, looks up, and acts all suprised that they're connected to a person.
    * He's also scared of flip flops, because put them on then go to put him to bed. So if anyone puts flip flops on and walks in he stomps and runs off.
    * Oh and the paper addiction. He eats paper, specifically glossy magazine pages but he's not too fussy. We have a low shelf under the coffee table and so many times he has jumped up there and scratched/munched whatever paper has been left up there.

Not a habit per say, but I'm convinced Branwen used to be a cat. She still has the lazy regal attitude.
If we offer her a raisin, she'll take it of course. Then later on if offered something else (like cauliflower leaves) she glares as if to say 'No seriously, give me another raisin.'
She also has favourite TV shows. We let her sit on our lap to watch. There are a few (MASH, soap operas, can't remember the rest) that she will sit all the way though. Otherwise she gets bored and hops down.

They help themselves to raisins. If you leave the bag on the floor they'll go over and stick their heads in. Branwen only takes one but Casey would munch the lot.

Oh and it was so funny, I have a favourite TV show that involves explosions and 'the villians' have very deep voices. Was watching an episode while the buns were inside. Well they looked so shocked by the voice, and cowered under the coffee table together, yet watched the whole thing without moving. Not sure if they're hooked or terrified.

My girly cat, Juno, is afraid of my hairbrush. If you bring it near her she starts hissing.. I mean she seriously hates it. Dunno why.

My boy cat, Jester, fetches. Not everything, he only has certain toys that he will fetch for ya. He also LOVES to sleep in our dirty laundry. He also likes sitting in our computer chair and having someone spin it until he is dizzy. He also has a "butt-shake". Jester only does it when he is super happy, like when he is getting a treat. His tail will stick straight in the air and his whole tail and ass will shake. He really is the wierd one in the house. Juno is WAY normal compared to Jester.
