Not all of it comes out - there are a hundred million + of the little semen tadpoles in your vagina after he ejaculates. It only takes one to make a baby. Have him wear a condom. unless you are sure he has no STDs and that you won't get pregnant.
Well it really depends on the last position you are in when he ejaculates. Also it is possible that his secretion had increased and is overflowing the sperm in the vagina,,, see that his fault. From my experience if you lay on your stomach rather than on your back you have less chance for it to come out.

yes, its normal for sperm to leak out, gravity makes it come out. Why would your boyfriend thinks its gross that "his" sperm comes out? its his sperm!!! But honestly dont worry - its completely normal.

What is 'supposed' to happen is when you reach orgasm, your contractions such up his semen into your cervix, and then you can become impregnated. But if this doesn't happen (IE. he doesn't ejaculate deep inside your vagina and you don't have an orgasm and 'suck it up') it could seep out of you. So if you're not trying to become pregnant it doesn't make any difference if it seeps out, but it would be better for your health (and his) in that case for you to both practice non-orgasmic sex.
