Nowhere, but i imagine theres a lot of countries that wouldnt even care for acid, due to lack of knowledge. In no country do they sell acid over the counter, but in every country you CAN trip, regardless of the law.
small 3rd world countries that havnt made a law against lsd yet. and even then its not like they make it and sell it.
I remember there was a bill spring of 2006 that was going to legalize practically all drugs, but only at small one use limits. There were still going to bust the dealers. I was pretty sure that it ended up not becoming the law due to heavy heavy US pressure.
hmm, i remember it did become a law. all drugs are decriminalized in small amounts now as far as i know... reminds me of that episode of the simspons where krusty tells all those kids they're going to the happiest place on earth... and he's like "that's right, TIJUANA!!!"
