I've been considering getting this mofo on one of my shoulder plates for sometime now. I will get the planets and the whale but obviously not the writing. To all you tattooist'y know it all people.. if I get this done with all the swirls on the whale.. will it all sit well? or after a few months/years will it look like balls? detail fade? If you couldn't tell I know fuck all about tattoos. It will be relatively big... dominating the majority of my shoulder plate Mind you I am from North England so I am relatively white... and my fave food is lasange. In primary school my best friend was called Joel.. I still kinda talk to him but not much..... I would consider us friends though Thanks in advance brothers Werd to your mother.
great concept! will you be getting in black an grey brother, or will the swirls be in color? the right tattoo artist will make it really sing
Nice! Agreed, you'll want to go to a good artist. They'll really be able to bring out that detail and make it a work of art! Like any other tattoo you might have to get touch-ups later to maintain the same crispness but with a good artist and proper aftercare you can prolong that of course. I think the subdued colors would look nice and unique.
so I quickly banged it together on photoshop. I think if I got it done I wouldn't get the white tattoed but just have it skin colour....
defiently will get a whale tattoo later on down the track. I also want to get my cats face tattoed on my thigh!
I actually like it, and I'm not a big tat fan. But that's a nice idea Not really sure what lasagne has to do with any of this...
It's pretty obvious isn't it I also like the sound of inbetween my shoulder blades! what colours would you think eh? I wish I was a whale
its cool and if you get old that area doesnt get wrinkled----unless u get fucking old--lol-- but think about color---that pic lends itself to some awesome possibilities----whatever u decide-----
id go with red or indigo ink but thats just me and my two fav colors. a good artist would know what whould go with your complexion. dont be cheep its your body. ive always been a fan of celestial tats. shooting stars and what not. whales are like the singing behemouth masters of vast seas. whats not cool ab that. i was immediatly tempted to steal your idea. go for it. i prefer to get tattoos in nonpermanant ink before i make the commitment. that way you can change your mind and tweek it a bit.
