What am i dealing with?

I've been buying my weed from this specific "dealer" for a while now, but as time goes on the more suspicious it all seems.

At first, i thought it was just one guy that sold some on his own... but as i continued to buy from them, i realized its a lot more than one person. Firstly, every time i text the guy (or girl, i've never met this person) telling them what i need, they ask me who i am, even though i've been buying from these people for months, i'm assuming that implies they don't keep contacts on their phone and delete messages daily. Then they just ask me where i am, and whatever part of town i'm in (its a somewhat small town) they always happen to have a person near that can sell to me within 10 minutes.

And the weird part is, its different people that i meet every single time... i've never had the same person twice, and they're all kids around the same age as me or even younger from time to time... most of the dealers are 14-18.

I also always have to meet them in the most sketchy areas, they don't tell me there names when they ask for mine, and they never come alone... out of all the times i've bought from them, a group of 2-3 people show up instead of just the one dealer... it's kind of suspicious...

To me it kind of seems like theres probably one big farmer, that gets a bunch of kids to do the dirty work for him, either that or its something gang-related, or is this how most dealers work?

ya, i'd be scared of getting jumped, or getting caught up in their bs. I also don't like giving multiple random people my NAME when purchasing anything.

Find a cooler dealer...you can.

 

Yea its always so sketchy when buying from them, i never bring any valuables because i always think i'm going to end up getting jumped i leave all my stuff at home, and only bring enough cash that i need and no more. And i never give my last name. But yea i wouldn't wanna get caught up in it, it all just seems odd...

Ikr, it's so weird! Especially seeing as how i live in British Columbia right near Vancouver... one of the most weed friendly places ever, so its kind of odd as to how they take so much precaution when selling... cops barely even care

 

maybe they want to get into something heavier?

 

That's a possibility, they seem to have been doing this for a while though. I remember asking about a month ago if they sold anything other than weed (was looking for some psychedelics) but they just sell weed and budder, doesn't really make sense...

or maybe they claimed they sold nothing else because i'm still "new" to buying from them?

 

To me, it sounds like a big operation, so you may be getting ripped-off in some way. There must be a lot of overhead with so many people involved...no?

 

who knows man, how long do you think? Maybe theyre testing the waters and trying to set something else up, get an organization together and running smoothly before moving up.. and budder?! lol theres got to be more involved here lol

 

Surprisingly i don't think i'm getting ripped off, i get an 1/8th for $30, i don't have a scale but it looks like a lot of weed... and its not all fluffy stuff either. The first few times it actually looked like i got a lot more than what i paid for...

But not all the people are that bad, some of the times i meet with these people theres 2 or 3 sketchy "gangster" wigger type of people (those are the typical teens around here) but just a few days ago when i bought off of them i was a bit worried at first, because they told me to meet them behind this old run down building, but when i got there it was just this girl around my age that seemed pretty nice, and this 13-14 year old kid with her.

 

They aren't paying these kids... They either have the goods on them or have them hooked on something else. Find another source before you get caught up in this mess.

 

I hate those kinds of scenes. When my daughter and her boyfriend were copping once, they met the guys in a parking lot after hours. Her boyfriend went to sit in the car with the guy they were buying from while his partner came and sat in her boyfriend's car and held a gun on her. Of course she didn't tell me this until a several years afterward.

 

I don't know the going rate in Canada, but $30 sounds really inexpensive.. Are you sure it's good quality? To be fair, I come from one of the most expensive places in the world, so I may not be the best judge...

I think you're better off finding another, trusted source who isn't exploiting a bunch of kids. This whole situation sounds sketchy and annoying.

 

$30 is pretty cheap here. $10 a gram is the standard here, everyone sells for that. And an 1/8th is a little over 3grams, so you're getting a little more bud than what you paid for.

And yes its pretty good quality, BC bud. Its covered in brown hairs, crystals, and is extremely dank. I can't even open up the bag without my room being filled with the smell

 

I dont know it sounds pretty weird either they watched some kinda gangster movie and thought "hey lets do this too"
or u gonna get fucked hard one day. I'd look for a better guy or just bring a handgun with u.

 

Yea i'm looking for a new guy to buy from, but i don't have any other connections and i'm obviously not going to ask them but it is pretty sketchy, especially since a lot of stabbings happen around here, two happened just recently.

 

You should probably look for a new supplier sooner rather than later. It doesn't sound like you're in any immediate danger though, but you'd be better off with a classic "come in and take a toke" kind of dealer. :sunny:
