    1. Taco bell - 99 cent 5 layer burritos with nacho cheese and sour cream and beef and beans. This place rules if you are really hungry.

    2. Inn-n-out - Really good hamburgers with fresh fries and a milkshake. these are only located on the west coast though.

    3. Jack in the box - I think their hamburgers are way way better than mc donalds or burger king. Their tacos are pretty good and you get 3 for a buck which used to be a pretty good deal till del taco started making their tacos 39 cents. but still their stuff jalepenoes are so good and curly fries.

Edit: I am changing my number 3 to Subway. -subway has really good bread and my favorite sandwiches are the chicken bacon ranch, the buffalo chicken, and the tuna. For some reason subway has really really good tuna. plus it is more healthy than jack in the box.

    Local eating places

    1. Wing n Things: Anyone who lives in san diego, go try this place out if you love hot wings and buffalo strips. This place is way better than any other wing place in my opinion. Plus they have really good breadsticks that are just as good as pat and oscar's. They load their wings n strips with tons of sauce too. Personally I like the chicken strips more than the wings. Something about their wing sauce is just so great.

Mocha Salsa: A small little building where there is a menu and you walk in a order your food to go. Super good mexican food.

I'm in Canada so unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) our fast-food choices are kinda limited. However I will attempt to compile 3.

    1) Wendy's. Spicy chicken sandwich. End of story.

    2) A+W, awesome burgers and pretty good fries. Plus can't beat an ice cold root beer.

    3) Mickey Dee's. Was gonna put Harveys but thats just not fair, I go to McDonalds way more than anywhere else on this list so I had to throw it up. Also their burgers may be shit but their fries are good and they have good prices.

    Honorable Mention:
T-bell, only reason it got shafted so far down the list is because I don't have one in my end of town so I don't go there often.

    Best 2 Local Spots:

Laughing Buddha, super ghetto but theres an awesome courtyard between these these two really old buildings to eat at and it's awesome. Also their Pizza's are epic.

Pluckers. Wing shop. End of story.

    1. Wendy's. They have the best burgers
    2. KFC. They have the best chicken
    3. A&W. They have good food and root beer, and it is connected to the KFC, so I could order from both at the same time if I so choose.

    Local ones

    1. Marion's Piazza. Best pizza hands down. They don't even deliver because they know they're too good for that and people from miles around flock to their handful of locations.

    2. Fricker's. Food. Sports. Fun.

1.. 5 guys....effin awesome burgers, amazing fries, best bang for your buck
    2. a&w - i love the onion rings!!!
    3. n/a

as for local places, i live on a shitty little army base so there's only 2 choices unless i wanna drive half an hour to the nearest town....and even then i havent found any worthy places worth mentioning.....there is a restaurant here though that makes some pretty damn good pizza, though its just a rip off of boston pizzas menu.

    1. Panera Bread: Love their soups! And sammiches! And cookies!
    2. Five Guys: Best burgers, yum.
    3. ?
I don't eat McDonalds or that kind of fast food.

    Local:
Tacos Lupita: Authentic Mexican food, I always judge how good an ethnic food is based on being the only white person in the joint and I'm almost always in the minority here. You can get a full meal for 3 bucks, and so delicious, all handmade.

Yes I am aware of that, but their soup and sandwiches are really pretty good. I ordered a ham & cheese sandwich my last time in Canada and it was quite tasty.

    1) Harvey's - I love getting poutine and onion rings for my sides.
    2) Wendy's - I like their broccoli and cheese baked potatoes
    3) Subway

Locally, there is a little fish & chips joint that is awesome, it becomes a pub at night. I also like going to Boston Pizza, but I never get pizza.

    I only eat out maybe once every two or three months, but when I do;

    1) Subway. This is the first place I'll opt for because it seems decent, at least they serve vegetables and I can watch them make it

    2) Burger King. When I was a teenager I worked at a Burger King and I still eat there sometimes because unlike most fast-food burger joints, Burger King actually makes their food well, and it's "real" food. Though the entire genesis of the burger patty might be questionable. They also cook the patties over a flame, they're not fried.

    3) Harveys. Honorable mention. I haven't eaten at Harvey's in a few years but their burgers used to be so damn good. Then a couple years back they changed something in the patty and they never tasted right after that.

If I do eat out I prefer to go out for breakfast. It's my favorite meal and breakfast joints usually make decent food.

    1) Carls jr
    2) In n out
    3) Taco Bell

    Local:
    1) Wings n Things- Completely agree with you op on that one. The wings are bomb regardless but absolutely amazing to get some wings, sauce and beer when you're stoned.

2)Woodstocks- I know there are a few others in CA but absolutely amazing pizza even if the price is a little steep.

Well, in my actual town we don't have much by means of fast food except a Subway and a DQ and I've eaten so much DQ I could pop. Ugh. So tired of it. But I'll list the other fast food places that are within an hour's drive.

    1. Arby's - Their beef and cheddar sandwiches may just be the greatest thing God has ever graced this earth with
    2. Taco Bell- I, too, am head over heels in looooove with that damn five layer burrito. I also fucking LOVE their quesidillas and those fucking Cheesy Fiesta potatoes. Fucking hell...I really love that place
    3. Wendy's- Spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese and no tomato. Yeeeeessssss

As far as local goes...there's a Chinese restaurant in town that my bf's sister used to work at and the owner looooves us and sometimes still gives us a family discount. It's usually pretty quick, and they have a buffet every night. There's a pizza place in town that's okay, good if you're in the market for a sausage pizza, but kinda eh otherwise, I'd just rather go to Pizza Hut.

Modern is good, use to be really damn good, it's gone downhill in taste in the past few years though.

Sally's is quick if you beat the rush, if you on a shitty winter day early there's normally not a wait. Also if there is, walk down the street to Abate's, they're pizza is just as good as Sally's, and better than Pepe's, and there's normally never a wait unless it's a weekend night.
