yesterday, i went and got two neil young cds to replace the dvd my mom got me. i opened up one of em, and the cd wasnt in there!

i hope that they believe me...but then again, why would they? i have the receit, wrapping, all of that. so at least they better let me return it...

When I bought The Freewheelin Bob Dylan for Christmas a year and a half ago, I got two discs in the one CD.

Anyhow, you should write to the company and they'll probably give you a free voucher for more CD's. And return the CD too.

 

plus i don't think they usually get people coming in saying they got a case without a cd in it =/

My brother once got Alan Jackson Greatest hits (all labled correctly: CD, case, liner notes etc) but the music was the Strokes

My mom returned it but we wanted to keep it cause it was really cool

 

My best friend's dad... Okay, her cousin was working at Tim Horton's, and we were at the drive thru and her dad was going to fuck around with her cousin, so he acted like a really angry guy and he kept getting mad at her and he kept going "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!! YOU DON'T HAVE BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE FOR MY BAGEL!? THE CUSTOMER IS ALLLLLWAYS RIIIGHT!! MAKE SOME!!!"

and it turned out it wasn't her cousin at the drive through at all on the speaker

and when i worked at macys, they told me not to take shit from bad customers. just get the manager, who will ask them to leave. cause they prefer i'm happy at my job than whether or not they lose one rude customer. they had a good point.
