what college are you going to?

just out of curiosity, if you are planning on going to college, what college do you plan on going to?

I plan on attending the Berklee College of Music in Boston.

 

University of Alberta this fall...im in for BA [Philosphy major, minor in Poly Sci], but i think i may switch after a year so i can get a BA [History and Education] woo, being a social teacher

 

I'm not going to college.

Pshh, Try PEABODY. Berklee is nothing but pop but of course, it's your own taste. I got no money for Peabody or Berklee so I'm fucked. So in result, I'm planning to go to JMU. I'll study music down in Brazil when I make it there one day.

Yes, Berklee is more or less pop. They have Jazz but I don't want to study jazz there. I'd more so emphasize blues and classical guitar. Peabody is in Baltimore. It is where you want to go if you want a better musical education than Berklee. Berklee people are stuck up if you ask me. Half of them are there just because they have the money. Either way, it's a matter of funds. Both schools are filled with rich people. You better be a prodigy if you are going to these schools, in other words, you better be driving a BMW at age 16.

 

I WANNA go to Savannah College of Art and Design...but it's super expensive...

But I'm going to an arts high school, so there may be hope..

But I'll probably end up going to LSU

well i have no money either.....you act like everyone that goes there is rich and not talented.... I know at least 5 people that are going there, none of them are rich and in fact none of them had cars that cost more than 4 grand much less these BMW's that you're talking about. Considering you haven't experienced Berklee and you probably don't know many people that go there, you don't really know what you're talking about. Take a trip out to Berklee and meet some people and then come talk to me.

I know many who have gone to Berklee. Berklee is filled with many who don't belong going there. That is how they make their money. Don't try and give me shit. Either way, Peabody or Berklee requires money unless you are very talented. That was all I was trying to say. You miss understood my point. You have to be a prodigy or be rich. Which is a true statement.
