Just wondering how many people can actually see the meaning behind a picture like this, rather than being offended by it.
Well the question was asked so that you could form your own opinion, but I suppose that I will state mine so that people don't think that I'm just a troll who posted that to start some shit. I'll probably get banned regardless. I know a little about the women's rights movement. There were women such as Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Susan B. Anthony, Matilda Joslyn Gage, and Lucy Stone who pioneered the women's rights movement. I just find it sad how many women completely disregard all the sacrifices that these women made. It almosts disgusts me that people stand on the shoulder's of others, and then throw away all the things that they worked for. As most of you know, many women fall right into the stereotypical "woman" that is portrayed by the famous women and "magazine girls" of today. They do all they can to be fashionable, cute, stay up on the current trends, degrade their selves so that they can feel wanted, etc. To me this picture says volumes. I suppose it would offend someone who isn't able to make it past what the eye sees and think a little bit more deeply about it. Sometimes the truth hurts, but what this picture means to me is that it is unfortunately a sad yet truthful reflection of a lot of women in today's society.
I dont need a picture of a woman with cum on her face to tell me how much women are treated and looked down upon in society. I think its really sad the way women are viewed as play things who are just here to please men and will never be taken seriously.
yeah i see your point...but then it's down to some women's insecurities....there are lots of women out there who dont comform to society's views.
I get the point your making and I agree. There are lots of women, as zeppelina said, that are not represented by the connotations in that picture.
Well it looks like the melting away of a woman's face. It looks like a change or a cleansing of ones face or maybe the cleansing of ones views. I thought it was milk lol.
what's wrong with having cum on your face? It's not a statement about society, it's something done between two people who, hopefully at least, have an emotional connection. My sexuality and sexual turn-ons aren't a reflection of post-feminism or of society as a whole. It's just me.
when i saw it i thought it was a reflection of the movement towards women being allowed to be sexual beings. finally. we've always been expected to be prudish and non-sexual or else we're called sluts. we can't let a guy cum on our face, hell, we can barely even give our husbands a blowjob without somebody looking down on it. the picture you posted reminded me of a famous pornography director... can't think of her name right now but it'll come to me later. anyway, she was very involved in the women's movement in the late 60s and 70s until the women started moving towards empowerment through man-hating and lesbianism. she now directs healthy, women-centered pornography and produces female-centered sex toys. i hope some day a woman will be able to enjoy sex in all it's forms without being looked down upon. sex and cumming on a woman's face shouldn't be about degradation. if it is being used that way, then it's not healthy, obviously, but if she wants it, and enjoys it, then there should be no problem with it. i'm not ignoring the stereotypes of women in the media and the problems with the porn industry, and i already know there are many who will disagree with me, but i definitely saw this picture in a different way than others did.
Ooooh Kay.... lets get this straight All women are different All women beleive different things Feminisim is notorious for its insider debates. Most times, no two feminists agree
