What gets on your nerves about the HF?

Obviously we all like the place or we wouldn't be here, but nothing is completely perfect... What are some things about the HF that annoys the hell out of you? :toetap05:

 

Spammers (cough sadie88)

 

The whole site/forum is waaaay to big.It's so easy to miss an interesting topic that may be posted in one of 100s of sections.As it is I only look at about 5 of the sections on a regular basis.Less is more.

What about people who post in RT and still complain about it? Aren't they even worse really?

 

as a former mod, they were bad...but not as bad as the ones who didn't post here - at least IME

i at least could have some fun with the ones who did

 

Probably 90% of the misinformation Press Rat post and of course forum drama, ew.

 

You have to pay to use your own avatar. That's the only thing I don't like.

It's a good marketing plan though, so I can't really argue.

And you don't get post count for posting in RT. I don't post in RT as much as some of the other guys but I'd still like the posts to be counted lol.

I think everything annoys me. I'm just addicted.

 

Maybe that it's full of creeps and know-it-all idiots, but then this may add some flavor to the overall HF atmosphere...not always pleasant though.

its too big, and confusing. billions of different categories is unnecessary, considering most pple just post random stuff, it should just be one big "random offtopic forum".
ah well, i only look at the active threads anyway

and also, im not sure allowing huge signature pics is a good thing.

 

The idiotic discussions, the immaturity, the popularity contests, the mindless hedonism.

Oh, the censorship, too, and the heavy-handed ways of the moderators.

It now seems that I can only spend a week or two here before I begin getting aggravated.

I might have to start taking more regular breaks from this place.

Oh, another thing I wanted to bitch about are the assholes with the huge fucking signature pics -- especially ones of themselves.
