I'll become gay, or complain about all my health problems, or I'll head to Mexico. I am not going to die so Bush can have his oil.

  6. <------- 4 f 6 ways from sunday.... I may have said it before, I'm going days before bush himself........

I'd just have to make it a week or so to see his ass on the front lines which by that point would be very small and neighborly.....

I don't like Canada much so i wouldn't be going there, and I don't like America so I'm leaving for Europe already anyway.

Deosn't matter, we're all doomed no matter what ;)

Canada and the USA have a reciprocal agreement - they will send back each others draft dodgers.

Going to Canada isn't an option.

That came into law a few years ago.

I have never been to French Canada, I'm sure I would like it there better than the other places I've been.

The thing you need to know about Quebec is:

You must BE French to fit in. Not speak French, be French.

Unless you are in Montreal, then it's all good. But if you're in Beauharnois if your name isn't Jean Marc Trudeau or Jean Michel Tremblay then you're not part of the master race and therefore unwelcome.

You could speak FLUENT joual, wouldn't make any difference. You could BLEED poutine gravy. Doesn't matter.

Quebec isn't like Louisiana - where people are "ethnically" French but speak English only, or like many parts of Europe where the language is X but everyone speaks English.

Go to the Gaspe penninsula, say, go outside the tourist section and say a few words of English. They will not understand you, and they will hate you.

I have a friend of mine that goes by the name NimbleWill Nomadt hat hiked from Key West Florida to Cap Gaspe' Canada. Nomad didn't speak a lick of French but he said that the French Canadians were very kind and were very hospitable towards him. He details this in his book Ten Million Steps. go check out

    www.nimblewillnomad.com

I'll be 30 in Oct so I'm to old to get drafted.

If you do get drafted just walk into the draft board office wearing a pink tutu or a a Gay Pride t-shirt with some hot pink spandex shorts and loudly proclaim "The Marines are looking for a few good men and so am I!"
