This is a serious question, please only comment if you have something helpful to say.

    ...

I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped, there was blood on the tissue. It was not menstrual blood because--
    a) I know when it's that time, and it's not that time.
    b) It's bright red like if you cut your finger, not dark red and thick.

    Help!!!! :( :( :(

    did you shave recently?
do something that might cause a little trauma there, ie sex, ride a bike in bumpy terrain, stradle something?

I've gotten blood spots before during non-menstruation times, but that's been from knicking myself shaving (which -sucks- btw, that's a nasty irritating kind of pain for me)

it could be ovulatory spotting or a cyst burst. An ovarian cyst bursting, for me, is always accompanied by the worst pain imaginable. it could be your period came early (normal period is bright red blood, I didn't know that either, as mine never was thin red blood until after my first baby was born). it could be implantation if there's any way an egg could have gotten fertilized. It could be a friable (sensitive) cervix if you have recently had a vaginal exam or intercourse or something possibly irritated your cervix. I have heard that sometimes really bad vaginal infection can cause bleeding, too, but never experienced that one personally. I think you'd know if that were the case. Where in your cycle are you? Call your doctor.

If it was a number two, you might have hemroids. My bf had that and he bled a lot! We went to the doc and that was the diagnosis. There is also the possibility that you were spotting. It can happen randomly. Was there a lot of blood or just a little on the paper?

I would say if there was a lot, call your doctor, but if it was just a little, wait and see whats going on. It's may not be anything serious. If you keep bleeding, then call.

    --Still a virgin.
--Haven't ridden a bike in over three years.
    --Never had an exam.
    --I don't shave.

"If it was a number two, you might have hemroids." Yes it was a number two, but I don't think I have hemroids. It didn't hurt or anything. :p I've calmed down so much now. I put a pad on and there is/was no more blood. Thank. God.!!!

eh, big dumps occasionally tear the skin and make it bleed. It's not uncommon by any stretch

Probably either a hemmoroid or, if you are having pain when you pee, a bladder infection. Did it come from your butt, or your vagina or your urethra? You have a good idea of what it is if you knew where it came from.

    I hope you are OK.

Sounds like a fischer - these are like tears on the inside wall of the anus, generally you get them from doign a big shit, if it continues eats more fibre, that usually helps.

That happened to me once. It was after a time when I didn't poo for like 2 weeks. When it finally came it was kinda sharp....and it cut my butt, which bled.
I went to my doc and asked him what to do so this wouldn't happen again, he told me to get on some fiber pills but not to use them for too long or it could cause my body to be dependant on them to poo.
    Maybe try that.

Hemmoroids don't always hurt. They are just irratated blood vessels in your anus. My bf got his from riding his crotch rocket but it didn't hurt. We were worried it was cancer or something, but it was just hemmoroids. (Thanks Maggie for spelling!) Like Kali said, it could be a tear from hard poops. Nothing to big to worry about, but eating more fiber does help out a lot. Also, drink more water, which can also help out the hardness factor.

    Peace & Love
