It's not something that can really be explained, just experienced.

 

You forgot the part where you to turn on the hose and the fudge blasts through the armerdildo's ass and up through your ass and into your mouth. UUUUMMMMM!!!!!! And then you catch leprocy.

It's quite hard to explain the feeling. During my first trip, I experienced, among other things, total, complete happiness, ecstacy, a 1000% increase in intelligence, realization, delusions of control, an awareness of how insignificant me and my fellow trippers were when compared to the universe as a whole, egodeath, and only after I was done with all those did the visuals start..
Then again I had some really strong acid, but assuming you get good acid you can expect to experience one or more of the above as well as a host of other things that cannot be explained in any language.. they can only be experienced.
