What is your favorite day of the week?

And why?




I've been thinking about changing from Tuesday to Sunday. Tuesdays are nice, almost always beautiful weather, writing goes well on Tuesday. But...there's something about Sundays. The only night that jazz comes on the radio is Sunday night, and there's never anyone on the beach during the winter. Perfect night for dancing in stairwells and staying up 'til dawn, and writing has lately gone better on Sundays.

 

I'm a big fan of Saturdays.

Saturdays because my dad and I always spend the whole day together.

And at night, they play old movies on Television Ontario (most people hate that station It's the PBS of Ontario though..) or a really good documentary.

Wednesday used to be a really good writing day for me, but I don't really write anymore. I just..can't. Never in my life have I been this dry.

and i guess to answer the original question (before the npr spout off)

i'm thinkin' it's probably Mon and Wed nights because i don't have class on Tues or Thurs 'til 2

and Tues and Thurs ...... because i don't have class until 2

 

Never in my life have I been this saturated.
Never in my life have I been this ungrateful.
Never in my life have I been this willing.
Never in my life have I been this desperate.
Never in my life have I been this annoyed with backspace/delete buttons, as they accidentally delete shit whilst highlighting.

 

i usually like friday because i have no class on that day and its the begining of the weekend. my least favorite days are monday and wednesday because I have to wait an hour between my classes and that makes me get home later.

 

I usually have Fridays or Saturdays off of work, so whatever day I don't have to work is my favorite day.

 

Psh, I'm pretty much a whore for Tom the Jazzman. He can't be dead.

 

i used to love thistle and shamrock which also came on on saturdays

but it used to come on at night

then they switched swingin' down the lane and thistle and shamrock

so i always missed thistle and shamrock

but i have no idea if that rumor is true or not

 

Friday... because there's always Saturday and Sunday... and there's a fine line between Saturday night and Sunday morning.

 

I have to say Thursday because of where my days off fall.

i imagined my own week... it lookz like dis :
monday, wednesday, wednesday,friday,friday,saturtday,saturday :H

 

Monday,coz its the start of the new week and new adventures!

 

At the moment thursday, because my weekend starts then.

 

saturdays; football, beer, parties, all the finer things in life

 

Friday.....i go out until whenever

 

A friend & I once decided that Tuesdays were useless.

Here let me think what's good about each day & the I'll decide..


Pros:
Monday- I tend to be alone
Tuesday-
Wednesday- start of my weekend/middle of the week
Thursday- farmers market/good walking day
Friday- my dad has it off/official start of the weekend/good travel day
Saturday- most everyone is free
Sunday- day to relax

Cons:
Mon.- class/is the start of my week/ lots of homework
Tues.- class/having to drive far away
Wed.- knowing I still have about half a week
Thurs.- usually fast pace
Fri.-
Sat.- a lot of times too much is going on
Sun.-knowing tomorrow is the start of the week/other people are busy/thrift stores are closed

I don't know that's all I could think of.

Looks like Friday's a pretty dman good day for me. I like Saturdays too. Sorry for thinking aloud.

 

I am a fan of Thursdays due to gateway meetings and painting class....

 

Wednesdays and Thursdays. Why?

Best drink specials. And more intimate gatherings compared to the big two party nights of Friday and Saturday.

 

most of the time i dont even know what fucken day of the week it is so i really cant say. i stopped keeping track a long time ago. i didnt even know it was october till i heard someone mention it on here.
