Skim cow milk. I dunk my graham crackers in it. Yummy I like chocolate soy milk. Oh and heavy cream for cooking.
i wish i learned to make proper cream sauces before i left the coffee industry.... half and half, or better yet proper heavy cream, are a NECESSITY for making any kind of cream sauce.... and its terrible for you, but sooooo, soooooo delicious... i've made some damn good meals this way....not many, but a few...and hell, soymilk wouldnt work properly. hell, even regular cowmilk wouldnt. you need the fat!
i drink 2% partly skimmed. I've noticed I've been drinking a lot more of it recently. Probably because of the cute girl that works at the store down the street.
well milk might have been good for you back in the day. i hope your all picking up organic "rBGH" free milk, thats ungenetically-modified. rBGH causes and increases cancer risks. american dairy milk is most all genetically-modified unless it’s labeled “NO rBGH”, but then again thats not always true... Monsanto Co., the manufacturer of rBGH, has influenced U. S. product safety laws permitting the sale of unlabeled rBGH milk. (Monsanto would lose billions of dollars if rBGH were banned in America.) European nations and Canada have banned rBGH to protect citizens from IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1). and Homogenized unless naturally homogenized is in no way good for you, it increases the intake of an enzyme (xanthine oxidase) which gets through the intestinal wall upon digestion and into the bloodstream, it can cause scar damage to the heart and arteries, which then stimulates the body to release cholesterol into the blood. this leads to arteriosclerosis. in un-homogenized milk the enzyme is normally excreted from the body without much absorption. the homogenization of milk became widespread in America in the 1930s and nearly universal in the 1940s—the same decades during which the incidence of atherosclerotic heart disease began to climb.
not as bad as i once was but at one time i was so bad i couldnt tolerate any milk products at all so i pretty much got completely out of the habit of drinking milk. i can tolerate cheeses in moderate amounts now,on a rare occasion ill have a bite or two of ice cream but thats about it.. its not a pleasant thing to go through when ya get sick from the shit so i pretty much stay away from it.
2% organic. I usually drink 1-2 gallons a week. Hemp milk is really good too, and a really good source of protein and omega fatty acids.
Yay!! Skim milk is awesome. When I was younger I wouldn't drink it cause people called it skin milk, so I thought it was made of people. Learning to read is amazing!! Tiffany
They press the seeds, which makes oil. Then do some other stuff to make milk. The hemp seed is actually the most healthful seed in the plant kingdom, flax seed falling close behind it. And this is what I drink - don't worry you won't lose your job over it or anything. There is no THC content. http://www.worldpantry.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prmenbr=655972&prrfnbr=950028 Taste The Good Life The first refreshing and creamy sip is bewildering; how could something this healthy taste so good?
