Ok i just got sent home from school because i was "angry" And they thought i mite get into a fight lol. So when i get home my moms bitching at me and starts talking about how i refuse to take my adhd medicine. I said yea mom pump me full of pills thats a great solution.(i dont take any pills not even tylenol) And then she said well you smoke pot and do all that other shit but you wont take a pill. I said tell me one time you ever caught me smoking? And started questioning her and she kept saying im not stupid lol i thought it was kinda funny. But anyway what i think is outrageous is she actually thinks pills are ok for you but smoking a little weed is bad? lol my dad agrees with me that pills are terible and pot is harmless but my mom is the exact opesite(spelld wrong) all i know is when i become a father im making sure my wifes views are the same as mine i dont want to end up with a bitch for a wife like my mom.

dude honestly, your mom isnt the problem, she just contributes to it.

many people still faithfully follow the government, and believe everything legal is fine, everything illegal is evil. its the way they have been raised, and it would take alot of work to change theyre mind, and it might still all fail.

my mother is like that, my dad isnt.

i have noticed that the new generation (people up to 25) are alot more open minded and do sometimes look into the fact that the government doesnt give a fuck about an individual like you.



so i say, just go with it until you move out.

also i think its cool you dont take pills, i tend to avoid them too - i know many people who take a pill for anything.

ADHD meds are some fucked up shit.

The sad reality is that the pharmaceuticals make so much money off of shoving drugs down your throat, they dont want to stop.


I stopped taking my ADHD meds a loooooong time ago.

be really careful who you say that to. there's a lot of people who's lives are saved because of the "evil pills", my mother included.

 

sure, there are many many pills that are good for you and can save your life. just depends on whats in them.
at the same time many pills aren't supposed to be in the human body, and could kill you if your not careful.
im supposed to be taking vicodin right now for my wisdom teeth. but i had such bad experiences in the past with these kind of pills, i refuse to take them.

I'm amazed at how many twentysomethings I have met who "needed" all kinds of pharmaceuticals when they were in their teens....and were immediately "cured" when they turned 18, and were no longer covered by their parents health insurance.

This is one reason I don't want my daughter in public school.

I take my recommended dosage.. i recommend CWE of 8 hydrocodone
