Ok so my friend just called me in tears and told me she cant hang out tonite and told me she had to go and she couldnt talk. I know shes crying because of her dumbass motherfucking abusive boyfriend (mentally and somewhat physical). She has tried breaking up with him so many times. He refuses to let her. He lives in her house with her grandmother and her siblings and does nothing to contriubute. She has told him to move so many times and he refuses. He has legit smoked himself retarded. Unfortunaltey calling the cops is not a option due to some personal reasons. I really just want to fucking kill this kid. And he thinks I am a whore and every time she hangs out with me, I am trying to whore her out or something retarded. He thinks the world owes him something... I dont understand, but really I am so fucking pissed off, I dont even know what to do.
Does he receive mail there? If not, he's not technically a resident according to most laws. Also, he can be written up an eviction notice....
I know 2 girls that are in similar relationships with guys that are bad to them. They put themselves in a situation that is hard to get out of and now they don't know what to do. From the way you said it, it sounds like the best thing 4 ur friend @ this point is to get rid of him... by any means necessary. The longer it takes her, the harder it will be to get rid of him.
You can't kill him on his property(he lives there), without going to jail most likely. If she wants to get away she should just move somewhere else then she can shoot him if he breaks in. Really though, she should get on down the road.
Are you telling me you think she should run away from her problem? That isn't going to work, he will eventually find out where she moved to and he will have an advantage because he will then know she is scared to stand up to him. I say get a gun, chuck all his clothes into the garden and say get out and never come back. And if he refuses show him the gun and threaten to call the police. I know you said you can't call the police because of private reasons, but just convince him you are, you don't HAVE to really call them.
If he lives there you would have to go through an eviction process, if the person is stuburn enough. You can't just grab a gun and shoot someone in their own home, then you are going away for life. If she can't call police because of some private reason I doubt very much she wants a huge domestic dispute going on while she is trying to kick him out or the police finding her standing over his body.
