I will pry get twisted (drunk and high) friday night at a friends house. I then have to wake up at like 5 in the morning for work. What should I do in the morning to feel better?
Try to get to bed as early as possible sleeping as much as you can will help alot. Also I found drinking stuff with electrolytes (gatorade, powerade, etc) before you go to bed will help re-hydrade your system since a big cause for a hangover is dehydration.
drink lots of water, as you drink and after. try to remember to go to bed with a water bottle next to you, for the next morning. some people pop a couple aspirin before they go to sleep or have some alka-seltzer the next day; I don't bother with either. if you aren't throwing up a lot, but have a headache, I'd advise you to have a couple more drinks before you eat anything. marijuana might help as well, unless you feel excessively sick and still have the spins. just remember, when a hangover is really really bad, the only thing to do is tough it out.
but look, if you have to wake up at 5 in the morning for work, I'd advise either not drinking too much, or calling in sick.
Anytime, im feeling messed up in the morning, be it from alchol weed or salvia, I hate to smoke or drink anything, for me it just intensafies the pain.
lol it's cute that you're trying to get rid of a hangover that hasn't happened yet! I don't usually get hangovers. I get hungover before I go to bed. If that makes sense. Usually I have one two many drinks, and smoke one too many bowls and end up with a massive headache at the end of the night. This was my problem last night, but I woke up fine, and actually had some energy for a change. Not sure why. You should be taking a mulitvitamin everyday, and stay hydrated like the above posters said. And as long as you get to bed before midnight you should be okay. Have fun!
drink a lot of liquids like water and juice in between beers, shots, or cocktails. dont stay up late. getting enough sleep is key. if you're gonna get pass-out drunk the night before you have to be at work at five, drink early. if i have to get up for an open shift at my store (which means being at work at five sometimes) then honestly i just get drunk around 5 or so and am ready to go to bed by 9:30 or 10. along with drinking plenty of fluids and some juice or something, and not getting COMPLETELY black-out drunk, i can usually avoid a hangover altogether if you have a hangover and need to get rid of it, best ways are drinking water and taking something like alka-seltzer or tylenol. in my opinoin weed rarely helps much. cigarettes SURELY dont help much and i've never heard of clove cigarettes being a hangover remedy (where'd you hear that, btw?) coca & ginger laden green tea has helped in the past. ginger is great for an upset stomach, the coca is generally revitalizing, and the green tea and ginger help make the coca taste better. a small quantity of alcohol sometimes helps a little, but sometimes makes it worse, and if you do it too early then you'll still pretty much just be drunk. if you have to get up early for work, just dont drink too late. if you're drinking till 2 and need to be up at 5, you may be very likely driving drunk on your way to work...not cool

I was REALLY drunk when I went to bed, had the spins, and everything. I was still way too drunk to drive when I woke up for 6am. I was all over the road and stuff. It sucked, but I made it home okay.
Easy. Drink water between beers and piss a lot. Take two Ibuprofen before bed and sleep with your legs slightly elevated. Get up, piss, take two Ibuprofen. Drink a V-8. Drink Gatorade all day long. The V-8 really helps, maybe have two. THIS WORKS NEARLY 90% OF THE TIME FOR ME. I'm a pro.
I don't think Ive ever had a hangover in my life.... If I smoke to often Ill feel really tired and sort of hazy/groggy, but its not too bad. I would give yourself enough time in the morning to do everything slowly, have some really hot tea and eat a grapefruit
i didn't hear of cloves being a remedy, they are just the type of cig i smoke. Thanks for all the advise. One time when I went to work hung over, (i'm a breakfast cook), it was terrible. I would be cooking food, go back to the toilet to puke, wash my hands, and go back to cook.
not a good idea. if you are bent on drinking heavily, do it early, and allow yourself plenty of sleeping time, and drink plenty of water and fruitjuice both before and after you wake up. pot helps to settle the stomachs of many people, but i have never experienced this phenomenon once despite smoking hundreds and hundreds of times, both while sick and in good health. i have once or twice gotten sick from getting too high too fast. i've had a friend who always threw up after a bongrip. but many, many, many other people swear by marijuana as a means to cure virtually any stomach ailment. i dont doubt its effectiveness, i just know it doesnt work that way for everyone, and unfortunately i'm not one of those people it helps in this regard. a friend of mine swears by drinking pedialyte or whatever its called before bed to help eliminate the risk of a hangover. i'd imagine gatorade would work in essentially the same way. either way stay hydrated and healthy, and if theres not enough time to sober up and sleep for at LEAST 6 hours before you have to be at work, then there is by no means enough time to drink heavily, in my opinion. i've gone to work hungover, and i've gone to work a bit drunk from the night before....neither one is fun, and both can end up in termination if you're unlucky. its just a bad idea. just use common sense, stay hydrated, and make sure you get enough sleep, and you should be fine. i'd also advise against hard liquor, especially hard liquor of low quality, if you're worried about a hangover
Alcohols a waste of money to me. I would rather just get high and not get sick the next day and wake up early with the worlds worst headache and be puking my guts out. Why dont you just smoke and then you wont have to worry about it.
