Too much smoke, too little oxygen?

When i was working backstage at a Who concert, i nipped off for a big spliff of kief in the crowd. Bad idea. i didnt black out but ive never been that stoned before. it was too much for my head to take. i had to go on the stage in front of 50 000 people and put water bottles by the drums. I was SOOOOO paranoid!
