Like, say you were just having a conversation with someone and it fell off.
Like out of socket, skin detached from skin and blood all over.

    What would you do?

My grandpa lost his arm, so I think I'd be alright. I'd just borrow his hook. :D

Without a tourniquet; pass out from a loss of blood, unless some fools happens to come along with a lit torch to cauterize the wound

Scream like a mofo...hopefully have it re-attached. If that fails and it's my jerkin' arm...I'd have to find a way to preserve it. The left just don't cut it.

uhhh, I'd like to think my limbs are a bit more secure in place and wouldn't just 'fall out'

I'd probably run (as in sprint) to a hospital. there's one about three blocks away...

If you know which arteries to grab to stop the bleeding, you'll be fine. That's how my grandpa survived having his arm ripped off. :D

No...he was at work, there was a puddle by a machine, and he slipped and fell into it. Ripped his arm clean off. Or not so cleanly... But his company paid him well for it and he still worked for them until he retired 25 years later.
