A good single source roast. No sugar, no milk, just a decent strong coffee.

ah but for the true afficionado, the beans must come from the highest branch, from the highest bush on the coffee plantation. Nothing else will do ...

I like Kahlua in my coffee or Amaretto or Frangelica.

I drink 1 morning coffee every day

but if I'm celebrating something, especially travel, I like to order a hot double-espresso mocha :D

Capaccino, with foamed milk. Coffee is acidic, and milk cuts the acidity, so the Italians made it addictive, by adding espresso.

Don't drink yourself to death, the buzz isn't worth it.

    Adding espresso?? Have I mis-understood?

Espresso is created using a forced pressure process. It's a drink in its own right and is the base for Americano, latte, and other, effectively diluted, espressos.

well I am not a Barista, but I though that a mocha (as made by coffee houses in the USA) was made by 1 espresso + chocolate syrup + whipped cream, and a larger one was made by a double-shot of espresso, not coffee. I just love the drink- and for me it's celebratory!

    How much whipped cream???

ok, this much- - - listen.......

Ooo, that reads as though you use squirty cream.:D

    From the link below:
However, nearly all drinks begin with one main ingredient: espresso! This is a strong concentration of coffee brewed under intense pressure. From this base, water, steamed milk, milk foam and syrups can be added to create the different drinks we know and love.

The main difference between the various coffee drinks is the ratio of coffee/espresso to other ingredients and the serving sizes.

That's the way I like my coffee too, but don't try asking for black coffee in Starbucks, they'll look at you like you have three heads.

I don't visit cafes or coffee house often but always ask for a black coffee. They can call it what the fuck they like, it is just a cup of coffee with no milk or any other crap added. It makes me rather angry to be honest.

Yes, you add espresso to the coffee. Two shots are enough to raise the dead.

Heres a good coffee drink recipe:

    - 2 teaspoon of Black Coffee
    - 1 table spoon of cream
    - 1 tea spoon of cinamon
    - 1 tea spoon of green tea extract
    -1 tea spoon of honey
    - 1 tea spoon of waffle/ pancake syrup
    -2 table spoon of sugar
    - 1 table spoon of milk

    - Mix and stir, microwave for two minutes and enjoy.
