I am a big fan of simple, creative cooking. Currently munching on some ground beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, one egg (with added chili powder) and some colby jack cheese. whats in your belly?
probably will order something for dinner tonight ... there isnt anything in the fridge other than yogurt and bread
I just had half a fiber bar and a couple fruit bars cheese and breadsticks. I was going to have cereal but the milk is frozen. At night I have been having a glass of V8 juice slice of cheese and blueberry yogurt
pizza! all the store had was supreme so I picked off all the meat and replaced it with jalapenos. Meat on pizza just doesn't seem right to me.
Snow Peas, quinoa & tofu. Damn cooked, used a tasty sesame garlic salad dressing on the tofu. And Quinoa is just so good!
pasta with pesto sauce, and a salad with lettuce, chickpeas, red pepper, a couple diced hard boiled eggs, and a balsamic vinaigrette for the dressing.
sounds good! i'm experimenting with gnocchi for the first time tonight, hopefully it is a success. It will have butternut squash and kale as the primary ingredients...I so excited time to get started :sunny:
i made a bomb stir fry. 2 chicken breasts, rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, red pepper, snow peas flavoured with teriyaki + garlic sauce, regular teriyaki, a little black bean sauce and some sricacha for a little zing. Fucking bomb...already munched a massive plate and there is still enough for like 2 more that size, or 3,4 average sized servings.
