Middle eastern food is my weakness. I've been making some new dishes lately, and it saves me from having to pay for take out. Have you tried making some Indian dishes, homemade, Mel?

Been sitting with the triplets and took them to DG. Hubby has been a complete bitch for two days. I have a headache because of him.

Indian food can be tricky. I love it, too.

I have made so far: falafel, but it's way off, but I'm getting better lol Homemade hummus, Iranian salad, and kibbeh. I've been getting my ingredients from a local middle eastern market, and I swear, I'm the only woman in there not wearing hijab. Kibbeh is challenging.

The Iranian culture has very simple dishes. For breakfast, sometimes, I just warm up pita bread, and buy all kinds of jams from the middle eastern store. I love that everything in that shop, is from the middle east!
