yeah and old weed, sometimes even alright weed that got a bit dry and became a little like shake. Its nothing good, but it gets you high. It may even make you cough a bit..
My friend in Fresno told me about one time he bought some stress. Said it was just lows mixed with highs. Gave him a real trippy trip out.
