    pretty much any film I like is kind of escapist for me, but I know what you mean.

    maybe something like Stranger Than Paradise or a few of Cassavetes' films. There Will Be Blood. Herzog makes me feel.. delighted.

    Ooooh...I loved Michelle Pfeiffer in that movie ! She was so tough and proud and manipulative ! Shyeah...

    Its an okay movie.

    oh yes, i love white oleander , thats a really good comfort movie. my sons addicted to the back to the future movies, so i still love em, but thats his comfort movie, and i watch them ALOT. that and ghost busters the movie part 2. my son's 3.
