I had a tea called russian caravan. It was a very dark and smokey flavor that I found wonderful And weed tea.
In the morning, I like a strong, black tea. A good orange pekoe will do the trick. In the afternoon and evening I like Chai. I have several different varieties, some green, some black, some combined.
My friend and I used to spend weekends at each other's houses or on speech tournaments, so we'd spend our mornings drinking this hot orange flavored green tea. I never put any sugar in mine, but I really liked it. It was really good cold, too. And for a long time, I'd just drink unsweetened Luzianne or Lipton brand cold, but tea started to give me heartburn when I started drinking it at work. I love fountain drink tea, too, but not because it tastes like tea...it doesn't taste like tea at all. It tastes weird...but it's a good weird. A weird I like.
sweet tea (unless sweetened with honey) obviously isn't going to be that good for you because of all the sugar, but other than that I think all teas have health benefits. Black tea, green tea, white tea, red tea all offer antioxidants. Herbal teas offer whatever health benefits the particular herbs possess. do you know what herbs are in this? Is it supposed to energize you in the morning? Because I could definitely use something like this. My favorite celestial seasonings tea is the tension tamer. It has a great taste and is both calming and energizing at the same time. I've been digging on Yogi Cold Season tea recently. I forget what herbs are in it, but it works as a great decongestant, much better than any pharmaceutical decongestant I've ever tried.
For my own teas, I like Bigelow's organic decaf green, because they use a special filtration system that takes out the caffeine but leaves alone the antioxidants and stuff. Tastes good. I also like Yogi Detox tea and Tension Tamer (because sometimes I reeeeeeally need it). My fiance only likes the looseleaf ones that he expertly brews in his little teapot of his, and I really like his silver needle white tea... Bagged white tea can't hold a candle to the stuff. It's just amazing. That's the only one I would probably go to the trouble of brewing special like that.
I don't really like "normal" tea, which makes me very much the exception in my family. I do however like fruit and green teas. I usually have peppermint or lemon green. Though sometimes I go for lemon & ginger, blackcurrant, red berry, or something like that...
i'm getting some mcdonalds sweet tea yay. although it's one of those things that's really good if you only have every once in awhile. over the summer i had one every other day because they were so cheap. they're easy to get tired of
