Of course, on the assumption that there are mornings where we have time to eat, what do you eat for breakfast?
I think one of my favorites would be whole grain or whole wheat toast with peanut butter, a drizzling of honey, and toasted wheat germ on top, along with a cup of black coffee.
Good old sloppy-ass bachelor food-I take about four eggs, put them in a bowl, put a couple of frozen hash brown patties (thawed) on top of that, microwave that for 4 minutes or so, and then put cheese on top of that and mix it around. Yummy.
double cheeseburger an pringles.. or a 1/2 pound of chicken fingers with sweet mustard sauce,,an munchos... oh an a coke on ice..
Dang, how do you stay so thin? You must have kick-butt metabolism! Then again, you do a lot of physical work too.

eggs on days that i wont have time to cook them, i make hardboiled eggs the night before. it's the ultimate in fast food.
A red berry tea with toast spread with Nutella, and dipped in on occasions Buttered croissants too, if im feeling greedy And fruit juice. Xx
On workdays other than Sundays, I usually cook double lunch and eat half of it for breakfast. This could be stir-fry with brown rice, bean burritos with whole-wheat tortillas, or pasta with tofu. On Saturdays I sometimes have burritos, preparing the beans the previous day, or corn and peas, or peanut butter megillas. On Sundays I usually go shopping, and I may have any of the above for breakfast. Whatever I have for breakfast, I usually precede it with fruit or juice, and lately I've been adding açaí to the juice.
Well, I have a few favorites. Keep in mind, my absolute favorite restaurant is the Waffle House and they have all my favorites in a special: a waffle, toast, hashbrowns, and bacon. They give you an egg in there, too, but eggs are blechy. I also love IHOP's breakfast sampler...sans eggs. And at McDonald's, my favorite thing is an Egg McMuffin...minus the egg. I really don't like eggs. At home, usually I just like a bowl of Peanut Butter Crunch and milk with buttered toast.
