What I hear is a big part of attraction for me, so it is no surprise voices and accents do it for me. I have particular accents which turn me on in both me and women. Which accents are you attracted to/turned on by? Mine are Men - Scouse - Geordie - Cork - Derry - New Zealand Women - Italian
I'm sorry Glen. It has never quite done it for me, I'm from an Irish/UK generation brought up on Neighbours.:2thumbsup:
Shameless Was Aired Here In OZ About 5 Years Ago. All Accents Aside, I Loved It...:2thumbsup: Cheers Glen.
'Shameless' is a terrible programme. Although, I've only watched the trailers Half of them are 'northern' and that's about as Mancunian as they get.
My Favourite Scene Ever Was, When Ian Was Trying To Explain To This Girl That "He Was Gay". It Was In A Street Scene, And He Kissed Her Deeply, Then Grabbed Her Hand And Thrust It Down Inside The Front Of His Pants, And Said..... There Your Are......Nothing.... Cheers Glen.
Oh I imagine the closest most of them have got to Manchester is buying a football shirt but a great many of my them seem to be impersonating the accents of my neighbours. I like most Manc accents/northen accents in general but there is a very specific accent which breaks me. Hashtagsnob
To be fair, I did look at the cast list and where they are from. The main cast seem to be from Manchester. I like 'northern' accents, too. As long as it's not too pronounced. Heavy accents tends to grate - to my ears, anyway.
I took a very interesting module at university about heavy and laboured accents and how and why they start. Sadly they didn't elaborate on why I find Jimmy Nail as sexy as hell.
I'm going to my storage unit this weekend so I can hunt out my old uni notes if you like? I can't remember the details and would hate to point you to some misinformation.
