who are the regulars to metal?

who here are the regular visitors to this sub forum. its always nice to know who youre gonna discuss music with.

 

yeah this is pretty much the only part of these forums I post in coz the people here I find are better than alot of other metal forums.

yo this is the first time I've posted on these boards, so...what kind of metal are people into? I'm into death, black, and power metal. Also listen to some grindcore. What do the regulars listen to?

 

Well as for me i mainly listen to Melodic Death, Power, Folk, Viking, and Technical Death metal. But i really do love all genres of metal. Except for Brutal death i can't stand listening to that no talent crap.

 

hell yeah that shit is trash. I'm pretty much into the same as you, I was kind of afraid everyone here was a hippy who rock out to phish or something like that.

This is basically the only sub-sub-forum on here that I still post in.

 

I come by here every once in a while. I used to post here more, but there's a certain pos(t)er who has very limited knowledge and a completely obnoxious personality that makes this place a lot less fun for everyone else.

I used to see myself as a hippie metalhead, now I am neither, or at least, I don't consider either label to have much meaning when pertaining to me anymore. I still listen to metal a lot but it's not really part of my personality and I rarely wear bandshirts anymore, and I've grown way too cynical to be called a hippie.
