Oh man, I finally get it. He's not jipping us. He, B.Obama wants to twist the corporations of America and even more so the small business's into debt incentive? Whether this is real or not, whether this is guaranteed to encourage laborious efforts to come out of the accounting and sales will of the middle management crowd, I don't really get that one. At least, I never was paying back a seriously bad loan for nothing else to do for a long time. The U.S. government must regard it's taxation as after-all a reason to pull together and work harder.
