Of course it belongs to everyone! I saw this stand-up comedy thing a few months ago and this guy was talking about how gay people stole the rainbow and he wanted the rainbow back, haha. But no one stole it, it belongs to everyone!

it belongs to Jehovah and we are allowed to see it after it rains

 

here in the u.s.a. we have organizations like the alcu (american civil liberties union) and public citizen, that have fought long and hard to stop anyone from owning the rainbow.
since i'm a american and, i am a member of and, i work for the aclu; i would say any one who supports and fights for the open society is the real americans.
the u.s.a. was founded as an open society. it is so sad to see what the corporation insutition has turn my nation into!

None of the above. If you're on the ground, you can only see the top half of the rainbow (rather than the full circle); pilots pretty much own rainbows
