who else agrees with me about this?

yeah i posted this in a different forum too but wth lol anyways i think someone needs to make a movie based on the way the goverment and political people are ignoring the legalization of weed
a movie that shows the goods about weed and how it could benifit us all
including the economy you know like fictionally we can have them perhaps have a glance at what the future would be like with mj legal and all the less crime the better economy etc OR show the cruelness of teens and innocent people being thrown into jail for smoking and having weed and thrown in with the bad guys when we did nothing wrong you know get deep into these peoples minds and souls

it would be a great film to help go towards the legalization of mary jane
i have no acting or directing skills so i wouldnt be able to make it myself
i wish i could though lol.


Bottom line man is we just dont have enough movies out there about this subject we need to make more stuff like because movies books and etc can actually convince people more than just us speaking out alone..

 

Sorry dude but there are alot of documentaries about this. Use Netflix and you will find a ton.

We now live in the information age. We are being flooded with so much information that we are stagnant.

 

nah i dont mean documentaries im talkin about a real catchy movie that gets peoples attention a good plot too... something that makes people wanna watch it not the same old same old but something better ...

 

I know what you mean, something like how One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest helped expose the mental health system or antiwar movies etc- there can't be too many roads to enlightening the world IMO! and most people (at least in conservativille like PA) still belive Mary Jane is evil. I agree with ylou!

we need something to catch their attention to really show the world how we see it
to really show them what they cant understand something to break it down for them you know.

 

exactly- ppl who think pot is dangerous are the kind of ppl who are going to research pro pot documentaries on netflix! and if they got a really great cast of not "celebs" but good ACTORS, and old ones included too so there are ones from generations they trust LOL you know?

 

so, write it. you need a fictional story reflecting a real-world situation. antagonists, protagonists, setting etc.

good luck making it not depressing. thats probably most of why they are all documentaries, its ok for docs to be depressing, because of the information. so bust out a notebook, watch all the free docs you can and take notes.
