erowid has got to be one of the greatest things to happen to our society in a long time. i can't imagine how many lives have been improved or saved or made less obnoxious by it's existence.
Erowid sure has helped me so many times. When I was around 17 I used to go there and read so much about everything, it kinda made me figure out how to handle my drugs and whenever I was going to try a new thing I always felt so secure that I didnt even need to ask nobody Knowledge really makes all the difference.
yea I love em, lots of great information. But I wouldn't put much faith in a lot of the experience reports, half of em seem like complete bullshit.
Yeah the only part I wouldn't completely trust.. But you can see the 'typical outcomes' from certain drugs, or certain magnitudes certain RC's reach.. if you read through a good 4-5 and only count the ones that aren't so extreme..
erowid is the best site for getting information about drugs.. i love it and honestly some of me experience reports are similar to what i encountered.. so i trust it
I guess my favorite thing personally is that it's all facts and no biase.. and no facts based on biase. It almost seems everywhere else they promote some negative side of the drug (which is usually the main effect people seek).
I agree, have always loved erowid, but like other people have said the experience reports can be submitted by anyone, for any reason and should always be taken with a pinch of salt. The only other problem i have with the site is that they are so slow with updates and that there is a lot of blanks still to fill in for alot of their vaults.
