Who to appoint supreme court justice?

    The supreme court is always a hot spot in political contention, would u favor a democratic-appointed justice (stephen breyer, ruth bader ginsburg, william douglas, tom clark, byron white, hugo black) or a republican-appointed one (john paul stevens, william brennan, harry blackmun, antonin scalia, earl warren, s.d. o'conner, warren burger, samuel alito)?

    I'm still wondering if the Supreme Court will appoint a democrat or a republican President in 08. :)
