I mean the really wide 70's style. i do, my favorite piece of clothing are my black curdoroy bell-bottoms.
i love bell bottoms. they're so comfy. i got a vintage pair quite a few years ago for $3 at a second hand store. they were my favorite pants. unfortunatly though, they ripped so i converted them into a skirt. lol
i unfortunately go to a school with a lot of preps and am the only person really considered a hippy there but this 1 kid made bellbottoms at his house and wore them to school one day it was awesome. i was so proud *sniff*
I saw some at Target the other day *eeps* did I say Target...noooo...I wasn't shopping there I was um...protesting their exploitation by sneaking in and using their bathroom...yeah, that's it.
I used to have a really kick ass pair of bells when I was a bit younger.. I pretty much only wear skirts right now, aside from a few pairs of ratty flares that I keep for work.. ahha.
my dad gave me his bell bottoms that he bought in 1968. his friend had embroidered a bunch of groovy things on them.. flowers, the sun, a yin yang they're hanging on my wall in my bedroom.. i have worn them a few times.. but they're falling apart
i've got a pair i just got. i don't know if they would be flares or bells, 13 inches in diameter. anyway they are the belliest pants i have and and they are long so they completely cover my feet. they have been dubed my no shoes pants.
I have a pair I wear every now and then that I have added my fave dead patches to. Daily I wear nothing but the flares and love the stretch hipsters even at my age.
i got my bell-bottoms in 2000, when they were in style for girls. by 2003 they were out of style and as this decade is wearing on pants for girls are getting less flaired. it's quite hard to find bell-bottoms in 2005. la la la it's the 80's again.
i used to have bell bottoms when i was at school and i used to write madchester over all of my school books
