WHOA.....i've been here a long time....what started it all?

well folks, i found a forums relic looking back through the archives. they're hard to navigate, but i found something interesting....my "trip" report from a 1st plateau dose of DXM - the first time i ever took a drug to get high and succeeded.

i was quite naive, but then, i was just 15 at the time, about to turn 16 in a few days....

btw, when i say things like "its not the kind of intoxication you get from alcohol or marijuana..." i didn't speak from firsthand knowledge, it is what i'd understood to be true at the time. DXM was my first drug

 

Man you've been here a while eh! That was a great trip report for being 15 haha. Strange that dex was your first high, cool to see such a great trip report from someone with literally no prior experience behind them, dxm is crazy stuff. So fun on low plateaus, high ones get uncomfortable. Too much dam itching

 

yeah, i'm really not a fan of DXM. i've done it several times beyond that time, but really i'm not a huge fan. it was novel at the time though.

 

We are the same age man. Funny how I started with the same exact drug as you. Isn't nostalgia fucked up.... I don't even know the people who were in my life at 16 anymore, kinda sad, but I'm better man moving on to bigger things. BTW I really enjoy your beer reviews on the beverages page, caused me to go out and try a couple new things. Drinking the "The reverend" from Avery right now...
