Thomas Hobbes, or the tiger? I disdain two people from your list. I go with Johnny Depp, unless we're talking about the tiger Hobbes.
Bill Clinton was, without a doubt, the worst president we've ever had. At least in terms of preserving human rights, which he consistently failed to meet US obligations in preventing genocide in Indonesia, Iraq under the Emphal Campaign, Rwanda, Djibouti, Serbia, Ivory Coast, Burundi, and Uganda. He also failed to intervene in the Second Congo civil war, fought in the DRC, which was used as an excuse for De Beers to run away with riches plundered from the blood of Congolese children. The Second Congo Civil War in 1998 was the most deathly conflict since world war 2, and the US failed to provide any aid under president Clinton. Over 5 million congolese we're slaughtered in the first two years of the conflict. The media was concerned with who the president was fucking at the time. Under the UN genocide charter of 1948, it's the mission of UN nation states to prevent genocide, and ignoring genocide makes one Culpable. This is especially true of Security Council member states. Bill Clinton was genocidal through negligence, and should be tried as a war criminal. Nothing personal. I just think he's the worst kind of scum.
