Why Did You Choose Your Username?

So, what reasons, obscure or obscene, lie behind your choice of username?

Mine - My first name, translated into English, means peace, and my surname translated into English means Phoenix. Coincidentally, when I went to do some work experience at Channel 4 News, I found that there was a little model of a Pakistani nuclear missile sitting on my desk with my surname on it. This was completely by chance, but the reason for it is that I share a name with Pakistan's nuclear missle programme. Lovely....

 

Cause I was in a silly mood.. regret it already

 

FOW used to be my favourite band when I was about ten, so I changed the W to N

 

I honestly don't know!


Had this name on alot of internet things (DON'T GOOGLE IT!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!) for nearly two years, and it was months after I invented it that a met a 6'5" guy that coined the phrase "World's Tallest Dwarf" I swear we're long-lost brothers!

 

Oz is my real-world nickname...... aquired years ago when i first lived darn sarf and anyone who lived south of middlesborough thought the north east really was like the tv show Auf Weidersien Pet

 

partly because of the song jonny too bad by the slickers and jimmy cliff
partly because before I started using the internet my friends used to call me mad john this was partly because of my general madness and partly because of mad max in that i had awful accidents and somehow survived them .

so put them together and became jonny2mad

 

I am a big fan of lithium ion battery technology, it's one of the best metal elements, it is also a mood stabiliser and a song by Ni...N...Niir.. Ni... Nirvana!

Well, I'm a bill bailey fan, So I first called myself: Thetrollthatlivesinyourshed. Most things on the net don't accept a 28 charater long username, so I shotend it to shedtroll.

 

Exactly the same reason... I wished I could change mine!

 

I wanted something warm and friendly. Lips have more nerve endings than any other body part. I figured it was a good place to start.

 

Actually, it's the clitoris and the tip of the penis.

 

Ok, I was wrong. I guess I could change my profile name to Lickya.

 

I didn't create my username, my friend did for me. I was hesitant of using online forums at the time, so my friend created the account for me and made me use. I'm glad he did I really don't like the name, I think it's silly and shows how young I am, but hey, that's what people know me as and I guess I'll stick with it. He probably used 17 because that's my lucky number...

Phoenix - because I find in my life I have gone through many periods of destruction and rebirth (I also found out later that it is a power animal for the Scorpio along with the scorpion and eagle)

Indigo - because I love purple and when I created my yahoo account Purple Phoenix was taken and so was Indigo Phoenix so well ... phoenix_indigo

I have also been known in the past to use various renditions of phoenix such as phoenix_rising, phoenix_burning, phoenix420, etc.

One day, I'll get the tattoo I want of a purple/blue phoenix being burned by flames.
