I suggest you start drinking lots of water and cranberry juice with no corn syrup. Then jump on a treadmill and run tell you are about to pass out. Do that for a few days and stop eating fatty foods.

Then you gotta be diligent as a motherfucker.

I have takin lots of piss tests, saliva tests and ive had no problem finding work.

If you weigh 290 pounds and have never ran in your life you might be in trouble.

What type of job are you looking for? Not all industries drug test. Most that do only do one test when you're first hired. Just fork up 50 bucks and buy the detox stuff. It's never failed me or anyone I know.

Yes construction does wonders. I love having to wear a mask and jeans with long sleeve shirts cleaning out old insulation in an attic or up in the rafters. You can feel the weight of the sweat fall of you.

 

(to post 14)Yeah-I get you---but every building in the world will eventually need a roof. That was my reasoning when I got into it. I worked with roofers that actually smoked at work. I never could--I'd just wander off. But that's another story. But everything is a choice--do you want a particular job? Or would you rather smoke? Make the choice and live with it.

(Sorry-off post)I will say that in all the years I have been in the trade--roofers are some of the dumbest fuckers there are. I mean the ones that do the actual work. Most often,they know an owner will not go up and check the roof after the job is done,so it's tempting for many to do shoddy work. Use a licensed contractor or you have no recourse regarding shit work. And get 3 or 4 bids from known reputable companies. -----------

 

There are always people who want someone else to cook for them.. hence why I'm a cook.. never had a piss test for a kitchen job.. did once for Golden Plump.. failed with flying colors.. didn't want the nasty ass job anyways
