Why not just take E?

So I was telling my friend (who sells ecstasy pills) about all these different designer drugs (2c-b, 2c-e, aMT, etc.) and how they all have different effects and stuff. and so my friend says "that's cool and all, but why not just take e?"

so what are some good answers for this? I kinda had trouble countering that point because drugs are drugs, right? does it really matter what the different effects are?

I was gonna put up a pill check site were you can get pills tested. But I just loaded windows 7 and all my old favorites are gone.Anyway, e has so many different versoins itself.Check it out sometime. Gotta have some variaty. Like smokin same pot all the time. or I'm sure your "e" buddy says now a then, "hay try these,there better than the last "e" I had". And of course he'll say do e, Burgerking doesn't say eat mcdonalds.

seriously dude lol. aren't you sometimes in the mood for a particular substance? Like, sometimes you're in the mood for a few beers, other times you want to smoke a joint, and other times you want to roll on molly, and other times you want to trip all day on acid or something . . . you should just reply to your friend "Why take e? Why smoke pot? Why not just drink alcohol and only alcohol?"

Uh, maybe just slightly. Can you imagine suddenly you woke up in a world tomorrow where alcohol had the effect of cocaine, cocaine had the effect of heroin, heroin had the effect of LSD, LSD had the effect of Xanax, Xanax had the effect of DMT, and DMT had the effect of caffeine? Yeah, the whole point of drugs is what the different effects are, thats why you buy RCs and dont just "do E" all the time, right? Use that noggin

 

Esctasy = ¿ . Most of the time you end of with a mixed bag of shit. Like these X pills that really contain BZP, TFMPP, DEXTROMETHORPHAN, AND CAFFEINE That is why i choose not to just take E. Tell him that.

 

Lol, we have all the face pills running around my state. I hate them, and didn't think there was any MDMA in them at all. At least with an RC you basically know what you are getting, you get to weigh it out to what measurment you like and re dose as much as you feel. With E, you don't really know what is in it, what the effects will be (if any) and you usually have to take more than one.

I personally don't like just taking E, I like to hippy flip because I like the hallucinations with the roll. I don't get what I am really wanting out of just E usually, unless they are really good. But I don't do it enough to get good pills all the time.

Fuck ecstasy, it's fucking stupid street trash that people love to overcharge for (at least around here).

The first time I did E one of my pills was straight meth. That's an effect I don't want.

I think that's the error in your assumption right there.

That's not the case at all, clearly. The effects of opium, cocaine, and LSD are as far apart as they can be. And within classes of drugs the effects can be very different. Salvinorin A, DXM, and Nitrous Oxide are all dissociative drugs, but the effects are very different.

One reason one might take all these drugs that are "like" E is just for the experience. I mean, I don't like pot at all, but I tried JWH-018 just for the experience.

The other reason is what everyone else said: you get something from some scuzz on the street, and you really can't account for what's in it. You find a reliable RC vendor, and you have total control over what you put in your body.

Why not just take e? are u serious? because maybe u want a different experience than what e can give you, to state the obvious. And for the comment in bold; no, drugs are not drugs, they are all different, I really dont understand how you can make that comment. They are all different tools to be used to aid in the function of life

 

Yeah i have never taken "E" and never will. I have however, done pure MDMA twice now. Why take E when you can do molly? E has stuff that you never would want to do like meth.

 

alright, thanks for all the responses. the reason i posted this was just becasue my friends asked me that question and i didn't really know how to respond, so i wanted to ask you guys how you would respond....
(get it? kind of a backward way of looking at it)

but anyway, i was basically asking you guys for reassurance on my own beliefs. so i pretty much got:
1) E is usually audulterated, RCs are almost always pure and accurate
2) they're all different chemicals
3) they're all different tools for different experiences

and also, I know my friend's view point is biased, thats why i mentioned that he sells it and all.

 

just to add my 2cents:
i have never taken E or MDMA, but have chosen to take 2ce, 2cb, LSD, mushrooms, salvia, marijuana, and a few unrelated drugs like coke and painkillers, alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco...

but i get that you're just kinda asking about E and other drugs like it (RCs and psychedelics)
"rolling" has never intrigued me enough to seek it out. tripping definitely did.
