Why won't acid work for me?

I have tried acid 3 times now...all my friends were tripping heavy all 3 times,but i wasn't affected by it in anyway. I'm sure they couldn't have all been duds...i can't have that much bad luck,can i? Does anyone know why i can't trip on acid? Shrooms also rarely work for me. I don't wanna waste anymore money on acid until i know What's stopping my trip from coming.

 

Maybe you have weird brain chemistry. Are you on any medications?

I know everyones mind is different. But trust me when I say that LSD isnt one of those types of chemicals. Your friends probably let the placebo aspect of "tripping" take over. I'll bet that the acid. If they were really tripping "heavily" off of good dose than you would at least be tripping "relatively".

 

No,i am not on any medications,lol. Will the placebo effect make there pupils dilate? We got the acid from 3 different people,and i know other people that got it from them and they all said that the acid was very potent,but it didn't work for me!!!

 

Ive had an almost unnoticeable trip on some very weak acid but my pupils were the most dilated Ive ever seen them that night.

 

Hmmm...well i know for sure that the acid is genuine,my friends pupils were HUGE,mine stayed normal,mushrooms are also very mild for me,and they are pretty potent Shrooms...maybe i'm missing the necessary ingredients in my brain for it to work,lol...i dunno,i really wanna experience my minds full potential...

Try MG seeds. Do a high dose cold-water extraction, like a half ounce of Morning Glory seeds. If that doesnt work on you its probably tryptamines.
Ive heard, but never read, about people who are unaffected by psychedelics. I dont get effects from Ecstasy, Mescaline or Amphetamine, So I suspect phenethylamines have no effect on my body. you may be the opposite. Have you tried X or adderall?

First off, there is no wrong way to drop it. I dont even swallow the blotter, i suck on it for 5 minutes and spit the paper out. It's absorbed through your gums within minutes of it touching your tongue. Also, you guys shouldn't generalize. There's plenty of acid out there that will get you frying like an egg off one hit trust me. I think you just got construction paper and your friends didnt

 

That's interesting from a brain-chemistry stand point. Do you find that you think in a unique way, or carry out any brain related functions uniquely?

It's just a chemical binding to neuro-receptors. Can't someone be defficient in a certain neuro-receptor? Haven't you ever heard of mutants (no offense oracle).

The first time i tried it,i was told to have half,because they said it was very potent,my brother had the other half,and He's been using acid for long time,and he said that was a pretty good hit,from just a half...i put it under my tongue for a while,then i started chewing the paper just to try squeeze everything out...the other two times,i tried just one hit...i have done E a number of times,and they work very well for me,and they help the mushrooms work better for me too...

I would be much more inclined to accept the thoery of '"LSD Immunity" if the TS had not said that the dose was acquired from three different sources.

After milling about the world of drugs for years at this point, there is one conclusion I have invariably surmised: people can not be trusted...yes even poeple who use acid (people whom I believe to be a step above other drug users) have the ability to pull some ratty shit when the financial equation is present.

Last year my town was flooded in white fluff. It all came through SWIMs guy. SWIM was the primary middle man in the distribution. SWIM's good friends therefore bacame other intermediaries. SWIM watched his friend take a subscription card from a magazine (bout the thickness of standard white blotter) and sell a 30 strip to someone: totally ripped them off. Not cool at all I know, SWIM told him how gay that act of devience was but wasn't about to deter him either way, he was gonna do what he was gonna do. So, it can happen, not all acid-heads are chill introspective philosophers.

Also, LSD is a VERY fragile chemical, in order to preserve it correctly it needs to be frozen or refridgerated at the LEAST. If he left it in a temperature setting of above 80 degrees for an extended period of time it likely degraded. Alot of my friends, in an unassailable act of stupidity and against my warnings, put hits in there wallet, only to eat them with others who properly stored their hits and not trip at all...not even a tiny bit.

Either one of these factors are a possibility. But i seriously doubt you are immune, never in my research or experience have i ever encountered this. LSD is almost a direct copy of the chemical serotonin, which is why it binds so easily to the serotonin receptors. The chemical structure shares an uncanny resemblance. So, hypothetically, saying you're immune to LSD you is like saying are immune to serotonin as well, which doesnt seem feasble.
