No its the first time I see it, but I know of somebody else who got hacked here just for fun. I still dont know where this was written?
Must be somebody who hates to see information like THIS http://www.puppet99.com/ being linked here. video: http://vodpod.com/watch/5457647-webster-tarpley-cia-fuels-mob-rule-in-arab-world-to-change-power
One thing is for sure the worlds governments, leaders , and intelligence agencies now see and have no doubt , as to the power of the Internet as a catalyst for change in building revolutions and unifying oppressed peoples into civil disobedience or revolution . We can rest assured that the powers that be are taking notice of the power of the Internet , and its very real threat to power of all the worlds governments . It will now be public enemy number one , for sure in the third world countries who are ruled by dictators . Even in the " free" world , I'm sure the talks of the day are of suppression , infiltration , crack down and getting control of this last free, uncontrolled media outlet . That's to say IF it's all "real" in the first place . I'm still on the fence about this Wiki-leaks guy . I mean I'm not so sure he really is , who we think he is . Some things aren't making sense . I guess time will tell . I don't want sound like a conspiracy theorist , but just how much of this may have been covert made and inspired revolutions ? It's sad that the world is such a fucked up place , that we can no longer believe or trust in anything we are told anymore .
The "guy" (Assange, presumably) is being made into a bigger news story than the leaks- mostly because we allow that to happen. If the leaks themselves were not credible I would expect the corporate puppet masters to use their resources in a move to set the record straight and not fan hysteria about a single individual whose actual importance with what Wikileaks is doing is almost certainly a gross exaggeration. He is a chunk of bait being dangled via news commentary for the purpose of polarizing attention that has been deftly drawn away from what Wikileaks is trying to bring to light... as well as to distract from what's happening to Manning.
The idea that bankers are behind the revolutions is the most plausible explanation so far, simply because it explains a lot of what is going on. Indeed the first link provides some insight into the threat posed by Islamic banking. Western banking is morally corrupt and hurts the average guy. Whereas Islamic banking charges no interest, does not allow purchasing of debt, and has high moral standards. Currently Islamic banking seems far more stable and attractive than Western banking due to the failure to regulate them. So yes, it's possible that the banksters didn't want to see Islamic banking expand in Egypt and Tunisia and decided to foment revolutions to shutdown these new banks appearing in North Africa. So imagine folks, you can go to an Islamic bank and get a home loan with NO INTEREST, probably just a set bank fee. And these banks don't play with your money by investing in risking derivatives. They must invest deposits in things that help people and the community, not lining financial advisers pockets. However, we must realize that even Western Banks crave stability, and fomenting revolutions doesn't guarantee any kind of return, and indeed may result in a huge loss of assets. So whether this is a banker conspiracy or just a groundswell of public discontent remains to be seen.
I would presume they would have deleted the other post with that info in...did they? Btw, some of the info' in your link is over 30 years out of date. Doing what? Some Islamic banks do charge interest or do not solely operate under "Islamic banking principles". Like you have said, they do charge fees, including tariffs and "bank charges". Plus, if you want a mortgage, you might not have to pay interest at a certain rate, you still pay back more than the value of the house. So what's the difference? Aside from having to pay back these "loans" in a shorter amount of time (which for most people would be a hinderance). Abstract: A unique feature of Islamic banking, in theory, is its profit-and-loss sharing (PLS) paradigm. In practice, however, we find that Islamic banking is not very different from conventional banking. Our study on Malaysia shows that only a negligible portion of Islamic bank financing is strictly PLS-based and that Islamic deposits are not interest-free, but are closely pegged to conventional deposits. Our findings suggest that the rapid growth in Islamic banking is largely driven by the Islamic resurgence worldwide rather than by the advantages of the PLS paradigm and that Islamic banks should be similarly regulated as their western counterparts. http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=868567&http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=3&sqi=2&ved=0CC8QFjAC&url=http%3A%2F%2Fpapers.ssrn.com%2Fsol3%2FDelivery.cfm%2FSSRN_ID868567_code90487.pdf%3Fabstractid%3D868567%26mirid%3D1&rct=j&q=islamic%20bank%20interest%20rates&ei=OuVsTcWhDoS7hAeKmryPDA&usg=AFQjCNGed0LaePAdxyZqmh96KGw_OPAAqA I'm sure on individual deposits the principles of "Islamic banking" ,in theory, are adhered to, but not quite in practice. I don't think most people would gain anything from banking in an Islamic bank over a conventional bank. What's so attractive about it? How much money would the average Joe save banking with an Islamic bank and not a regular bank? Seems so, and more than likely, you are no better off. Time will tell. Personally, think these banks will just have subsidiaries one Islamic the other not. Or, hide what they do like most banks do. Lets wait til these banks get more than 1 million customers each, or, heaven forbid, 7 million customers each.
I don't know many of the Wikileaks details besides what I've read online and seen here on HF, but a part of me hopes that there are some revolutions started, especially in the civilized countries where people just go with the flow and agree to disagree with their governments. We are all free beings here on this planet and I truly believe that the governments of our modern society need a wake-up call
