Well,seriously---how in the hell does an old fucker like me still tear off roofing and re-install same---aren't I supposed to be dead by now?

I love labour jobs and hard work... but there isn't a doubt in my mind that it wears on a body. That is why I am glad to do it now... but have another option for when I feel ready.

On the other hand, it is funny how we all joke about "chainsaw ears" and white-knuckle disease when the reality is that I am pretty hard of hearing and am starting to have shit circulation in my fingers from running a saw for too many summers.
