dude today i smoked a fat blunt and came to school late from my friends house and got caught so I got real mad and actually did something in fitness to get my mind off shit, and it felt fuckin great cause i was all tired and shit but i was mad high. these percs are helpin too haha
im gonna phone in about caffeine since im an endurance athlete... during training it isn't advisable... but it is a controversial substance because it can definitely shave minutes off your time in a long race like a marathon. that is if your in competition shape. proper nutrition, carbs and protein, is important and if you add caffeine to a poor diet your gonna have poor results and probably end up hypoglycemic really early in your workout. i drink coffee and green tea all day everyday and i take caffeine containing supplements sometimes, its more of mental thing than it actually affects performance. because i have a tolerance it doesnt do much to me if you really wanna see results from your workout, dont smoke before. smoke after and get the munchies for some protein.
