Wormwood Herbal Extract.

    My local vitamin shop sells Wormwood extract labeled as Artemisia Absinthium. My question is would taking some of this give effects similar to Absinthe? Or is it manufactured in order to prevent recreational use?

    It comes in a dropper bottle and looks similar to what is being sold by this site:

    I know theres a lot of information about absinthe on here and erowid but I don't see much mention of this.

    No, particularly since absinthe has no ingredients (in any drinkable quantity) that would get you off any more than any other 62% booze. I would highly recommend NOT drinking the extact.
    I WOULD however, recommend reading up on absinthe at a legitimate site.
