I did that once with a pizza delivery guy. I had enough for the pizza but no tip. So I told him my situation and asked him if he smoked. He did, so I smoked him out.

 

^ My friend did the same thing, except he just gave the delivery guy a bag instead of smoking him up because we were at a party. We were all drunk. It was damn cool though, lol.
