Would you be irritated with your mom if

She asked you to send her pot through the mail, knowing it is a mandatory 10 years if you got caught and you would lose your job? Further more, would you be even more pissed if you told her you were uncomftrable with it, but she pressured you, so you did it and she expected you to keep her supplied, even after you fought with her because you didn't want to do it? And then, she made fun of you because you felt bad sending it to her.
Eventually, you said it's okay because that's your mom and it's innate to want to please her.
This is a hypothetical situation of course.
In this situation the daughter called her mom and left a message this morning saying she couldn't send her mom pot anymore. Now the daughter feels really guilty. The daughter's husband works for the goverment, let's say maybe he's in law enforcement, or the military, something that might get him in trouble if his wife gets caught.
Let me also add, that this particular mom lives in a state where medical marijuana is legal and has a medical situation where she could easily get it. this mom doesn't want to get it because she's afraid it might interefere with her therapist's liscense (yes this pot requesting mom is a liscened therapist, at a drug rehab none the less).
Would you be mad how would you handle it?
This person handeled it by leaving a message saying she smoked all her weed and didn't feel like driving to get more and couldn't send it anymore. What do you think?
This person also hasn't heard from her mom in over a week, when her mom called to thank her for sending pot. Event hought his person left a couple messages on her mom's phone.

 

obviously yes i would be pissed off at her, and i would have never of mailed the pot in the first place.

 

What if after you said you felt 'wrong' sending it, you sent it and said it was okay adn you were being silly, only to change your mind again and feel 'wrong'? Would you feel bad going back on your word and telling your mom you couldn't send her anymore?

 

That's bullshit, if my mom asked me that I'd never speak to her again. Sounds like a fucking narc or something or somekinda sting operation. wtf! Sounds like a setup.

if she did ask me to do something like this i'd get creative and resourceful in helping her find her own supplier but id still send it in the mean time....

 

It's def not a set-up. This person and her mom used to smoke together when they lived together. This momw as a single parent and was a pretty good mom, but she feels a strong sense of entitlement because of that and thinks her adult daughter owes her the world.

 

Even if it could ruin your career, your husband's career and your mom's career?
And, even if your mom had full access to medical marijuana in her state?

 

Her daughter doesn't owe her shit, she did what she had to do. Yes, she should be nice to her mom and help her out but not face federal charges for her, that's dumb. Maybe she could just drive a lb out to her once a month or some shit.

That's awesome advice. If this mom wanted to pay for the gas and time off work and the pot, the daughter would be happy to do so.
The mom only smokes a couple grams a month. the daughter has paid for all the pot she has sent her mom.

That's what this mom suggested. The daughter, having lived withher mom however, knows that whenever an item comes to the house with a wrong name the mail carrier knocks on the door to ensure the mother is expecting it. The daughter knows this would further implicate the mom and is a bit smarter and more realistic in knowing how conservative and cracked down on pot the county is where the mom lives.

 

So this daughter isn't wrong or being selfish?

 

lol phone calls, phone records along with a reverse sting bullshit operation. You'd be suprised on how quick fam would turn on you to save their own pathetic ass. I faced 1 yr of my life to be thrown away just so they wouldn't blame my motherfucker for all my bullshit, she called the cops on me and I still protected her. Considering I'm a minor I can really throw just about anythign on my parents. If she decided to call the cops again though, ha, well yeah she'd be fucked.

 

No she is not, she is watching her own ass and possibly even helping out her mom. Because if she got caught, the mom could get into some shit too.
