wow

tonight there was a homeless man down the street from the mall freezing his ass off asking for food. i felt really bad for him and everyone was just driving by and some assholes even laughed at him. all i had on me was a card so i couldnt give him any money so i went to went to the nearest store and bought him a bag full of food. i had no idea what to get the guy. i figured he would be greatful for whatever i got him but still it was a lot harder then i thought it would be. lol it took me a while but by the time i got back to the mall the guy was gone. i was so pissed..not because i would have to bring the food back to the store but because the guy might have gone hungry or something. anyway i planned on going back to the store but my brother spotted him at a Friendly's digging in a trash can for food. we drove over and i got out of the car and told him i saw him by the mall and i bought him some stuff. this guy was so happy. he was almost in tears and he gave me hug. he kept thanking my brother and i and we ended up talking to him for about 10 minutes before we left

 

That story gave me a warm feeling inside.

haha i tell you one thing, its not easy standing outside freezing your ass off in below zero weather wearing a thin coat thats for sure.

he didnt want to be pitied..he wanted to be helped so thats what i did. we all need help sometimes. if that makes me an idiot than oh well. perhaps more people should be idiots

I moved into a homeless shelter a few days ago.
It might not be the best place to spend christmas but it's better then freezing outside.

 

kj twas a beautiful thing ya done did for the person,,,, aint that the real true meanin of the bloody holiday anyway , just that most us somehow have lost it over the years ,,, tis nice to hear of young folks doing selfless things anymore,,,, seems to be a rarity anymore,,

there used to be 'homes not jails ....as well as 'food not bombs ' in boston .....as well as prison books .....ive done stuff with them all .....maby youd enjoy looking them up n talkin ta folks .
