because dan broke my head set i "made" him buy me a new one this morning.... i didnt make him but i pretty much told him that the speakers are blown on the house stereo plus its disrespectful to use that at night.... i mean for me to actually be able to hear it.... and that well, he broke my head set so he went to get me one.... just looked in the check book and the damn head set cost 78 dollars! i knew a liked it but damn... isnt that a bit expensive for a head set? maybe im just cheap but that's almost a hundred dollars for a head set.
Highquality headsets are really expensive. One reason is that most high end headsets block outside noise to minimize the necessity of high volume. They also keep noise supressed the other way so people sitting near you can't hear the music or whatever if the volume is loud.
