sometimes i think that everyone in the world is one person in different bodies, only we're so self absorbed, that we don't remember or know that we're all just one person. d'ya know what i'm talking about? i have really fucking weird theories and shit like this all the time.. wtf.
lol yeah i feel like we are all connected by one big vibe that is made up of smaller vibes. Weird theories is what makes life interesting . keep on philosephying!
no i dont know what youre talkin about. but if we are one person in dofferent boddies, can i borrow yours for a night or two?
I am you, and you are me, and we are we, and we are all together sure, you're talking about the collective unconsciousness
The Borg are a collective Consciousness. They work and think together. Humans have a collective UNconsciousness, where we are connected on a very deep, probably inaccessable part of the brain
Yes, it makes one wonder about the inter-connectedness of all things. For me, it goes something like this ~ Somewhere sometime there was some "big bang" that expanded and widely distributed the stuff we now call matter throughout the universe. We are made of that same stuff and require the energy that the stuff consists of with which to embody life. That's why we eat ~ so we can absorb the stuff and the energy that it contains to make bodies for our souls to wear in this physical realm, and so that we can experience bodily life. We live in a universe made of the same stuff that stars and ourselves are made of. The only thing that's different is the shape into which the stuff is formed. In our case, our bodies are formed like they are, each with peculiar nuances that define individuality. It's the same with stars, galaxies, moons, and every expression of life. So here we all are expressing our self-dom, made from the same stuff in the same place for the same reason. Now I wonder if the big bang was the same for the universe as it is for humans, and everything comes from one big cosmic climax? (hey a multiple pun!!
i mean no offense by this, and i admit that it is a very creative theory, but i must say that it is also a very very stupid theory. sorry
in the end, we are all the same being, manifested as these millions of separate persons experiencing different awakenings.
We are all the same, but we are all different. Either way, we are all connected in a way that nobody can understand. If you can explain it, then bring it!!!!!!
IT PUTS THE LOTION ON ITS SKIN!!!!!!!!!!! I think of stuff like that all the time Micha, so don't let em bring you down. Just be sure to keep a private record of your thoughts because if your like me, you won't remember what you were thinking 5 seconds ago! Anthony
Maybe you have heard the mythical story of Lila. One day God was bored so he decided to put on a play (Lila is the Sanskrit word for play, or drama). He wrote a script, one that allowed for as much improvisation as possible. Being God, he could do anything he wanted, so he decided he would play all of the roles of all of the actors, he would play all of the roles of all the audience members, he would stand in and actually be each of the props, he would write and perform all of the music, he would work the lights, the sound, the costumes, the ushers, he would perform as everything and everyone involved in the play. He would BE the play. He was so good at all of the things he was doing that he got caught up in the story unfolding on the stage. He forgot he was God, he forgot he was performing a play, he forgot he was pretending to be all of the different people, things and ideas involved in the play. Each of the different people he was pretending to be actually began to believe they were different people. They all left the theater and eventually forgot they were still taking part in a mostly improvised play. According to the story, this play has continued to this day and will continue until all of the people, things and ideas that God is "performing" actually remember who they really are. So, maybe you are on to something.
Imagine how it must feel for people who "connect" with the greater reality? I think it's where the term "blow your mind" originated!
